All orders are cast from our location in Eugene, Oregon via USPS or UPS and will find their way to all 50 states. Any domestic order that amasses $50 worth of experience will be rewarded with free shipping.
We will ship products Monday through Thursday at roughly 2 pm. Any orders made after the 2 pm cutoff will be shipped the next available day.
After we send the shipment, if you've provided your email or phone number, you will receive updates sent through email/phone including a tracking number for whichever shipping method was selected. (USPS, UPS, DHL)
If, for any reason, you've received confirmation of a shipped product, and it's been over a week (domestic) without receiving the product, please contact us right away and we will work out what happened.
If you live outside of the U.S. please provide at least two weeks before reaching out to us about the status of your shipment.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Damaged items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The issuance of a refund is dependent upon the condition and the manner of damage of the item. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your situation.
Should you receive the wrong product or variant, let us know as you reach out to us your intended variant and/or product. We will issue a new ticket for you that contains the proper product. After we receive the returned item, should it be approved, we will submit the exchange for the correct item.
Domestic shipping will be free of charge, however, international shipping will have to be provided by the customer.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
With instances of a no-return refund, we will work with you to find the best solution available, and provide the best that we can.
Full refunds of both the product and shipping will be issued for approved domestic orders. Approved international order refunds will only cover the price of the product at the time of purchase.
