The Moat Leather Mouse Pad is the perfect fortification to back up any and all mouse movements, whether political, strategic, or casual. Our quality leather material is resistant to wear and tear, stains, sweat, spills, and any other potential desktop casualty. The mouse pad comes with a rubber slip-resistant base, heavy stitching, and a soft plush surface for optimal mouse usage. The surface area is 9 by 9 inches, providing enough room for accurate swiping, but also small enough to leave plenty of room for the rest of your desktop weapons. We offer two versions of the Moat Leather Mouse Pad: a no-logo version for the minimalist Kingdom dweller as well as a version that features our signature embossed logo for those wishing for a little extra flair.

We are a small company based out of Oregon, USA. We find honor in being able to provide comfort, longevity, and mindfulness in regards to your wizardry needs. As such, we prefer the common folk over profits and will take feedback to adjust our crafts to better suit you.

Shipping

All orders are cast from our location in Eugene, Oregon via USPS or UPS and will find their way to all 50 states. Any domestic order that amasses over $50 worth of experience will be rewarded with free shipping.

We will ship products Monday through Thursday at roughly 2 pm. Any orders made after the 2 pm cutoff will be shipped the next available day. 

After we send the shipment, if you've provided your email or phone number, you will receive updates sent through email/phone including a tracking number for whichever shipping method was selected. (USPS, UPS, DHL)

If, for any reason, you've received confirmation of a shipped product, and it's been over a week (domestic) without receiving the product, please contact us right away and we will work out what happened.

If you live outside of the U.S. please provide at least two weeks before reaching out to us about the status of your shipment. 

 

Refund & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy for domestic orders. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product we will provide a full refund. For international orders, we will refund the cost of the product but the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@castle.market. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

1. Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Damaged items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The issuance of a refund is dependent upon the cause of damage of the item.

3. Exchanges 
If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, we will send you the proper product after we receive the returned item. Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges if they arise.
